Hey folks, next time you come in you may notice that the big black box of envelopes is missing, and in its place is a much smaller box of laminated envelopes:
Invisible Receptionist 2.0
Any acupuncture clinic will have to update their systems from time to time, and I’m writing today to let you know that we’ve had to replace our Invisible Receptionist. We had a good run, but it was just getting a bit burdensome to watch you guys sort through 50 envelopes just to find the one with your name on it. So, we’ve let the old one go and hired a new and improved Invisible Receptionist! Here’s how it works:
1. Grab a laminated envelope out of the box on the desk, and a dry erase marker.
2. Write your name on the envelope. Some of you like to add nature scenes, unicorns, etc, that’s great too.
Dry erase only please!
3. Insert payment (cash, check, CC payment info, Bitcoin, etc.) Also if you have a note for us, go ahead and put that in there too.
4. Put the envelope in the gray box on the wall:
Not back in the envelope box please.
We’re hoping this will mean less sorting through envelopes and more time for getting acupuncture, especially for those of you with more common names!
